The program
Throughout the program, there will be dedicated time for group discussions, sharing case studies and peer-to-peer learning.
There is a maximum of 12 participants who can join this cohort.
We meet for 90 minutes each week, online, join from anywhere. The sessions commence at 3pm in Amsterdam, 2pm in London, 9am in New York.
Besides these sessions you should devote around 60 minutes for reflection and small assignments.

Who is this for?
This program is especially for senior researchers and research leads.
Research managers are welcome to join as well. But please note that we are not going to tackle any of the specific challenges involved in managing researchers.

What happens if I miss a session?
Each session has a different topic. Missing one session does not mean that you have missed anything essential for the next session. The sessions will not be recorded to ensure that all participants can speak freely. If you were to miss a session, Kathleen will send you the material and questions we discussed.
All sessions are interactive in nature, which requires real time participation and committing to being there for the full 90 minutes. Please be mindful that dropping in later, or hopping out early can disturb the experience of other participants as well as your own.
